摘    要:调查和分析了中学实践性教学的现状,根据社会发展需要和大学教学的实际情况,提出开展大学生课外科技实践活动的具体方案:通过建设开放实验室、改革实验课考试方式、组织大学生科技文化竞赛活动等方法,培养大学生的创新意识、实践动手能力、探究性学习能力和科技创新能力。

Abstract:In this paper we investigated and analyzed the present situation of practical teaching in middle schools in our country. From the requirement of the social development and the practical situation of teaching in colleges, we proposed some methods to cultivate undergraduates' creative ability in scientific and technological activities. By building open laboratories, improving the methods of exams of experiment, and organizing various scientific and technological competitions among undergraduates. Through these methods we can cultivate undergraduates' creative ability efficiently, including the ability of practice, the ability of learning, and the ability of making things in science and technology.
