摘    要:以近期发生的典型网络舆情为蓝本,结合网络传播环境、网络舆情特点及传播规律,探析新闻通稿在网络舆情处置过程中表现出及时回应,权威性强;简洁明了,针对性强;持续跟进,连续性强等三个方面的特点,以及引导舆论,净化环境;化危为机,保持稳定;提升能力,维护公信等三方面的显著作用.并就如何更好地发挥新闻通稿在网络舆情处置中的作用,有效引导舆论,促进网络舆情事件的妥善解决,提出了三方面的建议供参考.

Abstract:According to the typical network public sentiment of recent period, combining the environment of network transmission, the characteristics of network public sentiment mad the transmission rides, this article probes into the three characteristics of news re- lease in dealing with network public sentiment: quick reaction and high authority; brevity and strong pertinence; constant following - up and strong continuity. It also points out three obvious roles of news release : guiding public opinions and purifying the environment; turning crisis into opportunity and remaining stable; improving competence and protecting public integrity. In the end, tiffs article puts forward three propositions for reference: how to bring into flail play the role of news release in dealing with public sentiment, how to efficiently guide public opinions and how to promote the perfect solution to the event of public sentiment.
