| 摘 要： | 海外华侨华人对我国＂和谐政治＂建设具有重要的现实意义。海外华侨的参政议政权利应该得到充分保障;海外华侨华人推动中国的和平统一,维护我国在海外的政治权利、政治形象,促进我国政治环境的安全稳定;与海外华侨华人政党和社团组织的积极交流,则有助于我国营造良好的国际政治环境,有助于我国党和政府建构民主文明的现代政治理念。

| Abstract: | Overseas Chinese can play an important role in the construction of our country＇s ＂Harmonious Politics＂.The political participation and rights of overseas Chinese should be fully protected;overseas chinese can promote our country＇s peaceful reunification,and can safeguard the political rights of our country abroad.To hold active intercourse with overseas Chinese parties and associations will help create our international political environment and construct democratic and civilized ideas of modern politics in our Party and government. |
