城乡二元结构下的居民生活质量研究

中国城乡二元结构在短期内无法改变,也不应当急于勉强改变。这是由中国的经济和政治两方面的国情所决定的。城乡二元结构的长期性决定了城乡居民生活质量二元性的长期性。农村居民生活质量具有自己的比较优势,具体表现在十个方面。提高城乡居民生活质量应当实现优势互补。通过弘扬农村优秀的思想文化意识提高城市居民的生活质量;通过提高农民收入提高农村居民的生活质量。

The Study of the Residents' Life Quality under Urban-rural Structure

China's urban and rural structure can not be changed in a short time,nor should it be changed in haste.This is determined by China's economic and political conditions.The protracted nature of the urban and rural structure decides the durable duality of the quality of residents's life in both urban and rural areas.The quality of life in rural areas has its own comparative advantanges,as reflected in ten aspects.To improve the quality of life in urban and rural areas,we should supplement each other's advantages.We could improve the quality of life in urban areas through propagating outstanding awareness of rural mentality and culture;and improve the quality of life in rural area by raising their incomes.
