影响高校体育教师课堂教学质量评价结果的因子分析

摘    要:根据21世纪我国高校体育教育的新理念,采用调查分析的方法,获得影响高校体育教师课堂教学质量评价结果的四个主要因子,依次是:大学生因子、体育课教学督导组因子、同事因子及教师本人因子。并对为什么选择这四个对象作为体育课堂教学质量评价的因子,各因子对评价结果又有什么影响作了相关分析。旨在为大学体育教学质量评价提供参考。

Abstract:According to the 21st century our country universities sports education new idea,uses the diagnosis the method,obtains the influence universities gym instructor classroom instruction quality appraisal result four main factors,they are in turn: University student factor,physical education teaching direction group factor,colleague factor and teacher factor And why to chooses these four objects to take the sports classroom instruction quality appraisal the factor, various factors to appraised the result also to have any influence to make the correlation analysis.Is for the purpose of providing the reference for the university sports teaching quality appraisal.
