Na2CO3胁迫对生菜种子萌发的影响

摘    要:以生菜(Lactuca sativa L.)种子为材料,采用纸上萌发法研究了不同浓度的Na2CO3对生菜种子萌发的影响。结果表明,2 mmol/L的Na2CO3处理对生菜种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数等均有显著的促进作用,而对胚芽长度、胚根长度和胚鲜重等的促进作用不显著。Na2CO3显著抑制生菜种子萌发的浓度为5mmol/L,显著抑制胚生长的浓度为10 mmol/L。

Abstract:With lettuce seed as material,the effects of Na2CO3 stress on seed germination of radish was studied.The results showed that 2 mmol/L Na2CO3 promoted the germination rate,significantly,but promoted germination potention,germination index,vigor index,germ length,radicle length and fresh weight of lettuce embryo insignificantly.Na2CO3 above 5 mmol/L significantly inhibited radish seed germination.Na2CO3 above 10 mmol/L significantly inhibited the embyo growth.
