FANG Zhi-min’s Philosophical Interpretation of the Idea of “Death”

In FANG Zhi-min’s idea of "death","death" is a kind of dialectical negation.It’s not only the end of life,but also the distillation of life,which may produce a spirit to encourage the followers to fight harder.FANG Zhi-min’s account of the meaning of death,the value of death,the expectation of death and the attitude to death has a profound philosophical truth of Marxism.Although, his idea of "death" originated in the philosophical propositions,i.e.,Confucian’s "Sha Shen Cheng Ren"(to die for a good cause),and Mengzi’s "She Shen Qu Yi"(to sacrifice one’s life for a just cause),it has the characteristics of its time,and has its own philosophical meaning.
