NAA对药用植物黄独生长发育和离体保存的影响

摘    要:以黄独无菌试管苗为材料,采用单因子实验,对NAA对黄独试管苗生长发育和离体保存进行了初步的研究。结果表明:(1)0.5-1mg.L-1NAA可促进黄独的生长发育,2-4mg.L-1NAA则抑制黄独的生长发育;(2)1mg.L-1的NAA对根的数量、茎的长度和叶的数量与大小均有促进作用,但对根粗和茎粗有抑制作用;(3)2-4mg.L-1NAA可促进愈伤组织形成,在2mg.L-1的NAA作用下愈伤组织最大平均直径为2.6cm,多为白色;(4)0.5-1mg.L-1NAA不利于黄独的离体保存,而2-4mg.L-1NAA可提高黄独试管苗离体保存的成活率。

Abstract:Effect of NAA on growth and development and conservation in vitro of Dioscorea bulbifera L.stems with a bud was studied using the single factor experiment.The results showed that :(1) 0.5-1mg/L-1 NAA could promote the growth and development of D.bulbifera L.but 2-4mg/L-1 NAA could inhibit the growth of D.bulbifera L..(2) 1mg/L-1 NAA could promote root number,stem length and leaf number and size of D.bulbifera L.but inhibit the root and stem diameter of D.bulbifera L..(3) 2-4mg·L-1NAA could promote callus formation,the callus maximum average diameter was 2.6cm and most were white in the 2mg/L-1 NAA;(4) 0.5-1mg/L-1 NAA is not conducive to conservation in vitro of D.bulbifera L.but 2-4mg/L-1 NAA can improve the survival rate of conservation in vitro of D.bulbifera L..
