西方发达国家农民利益表达及其对中国的借鉴意义

市场经济体制下,整个社会结构是多元的利益群体和利益阶层。各利益集团之间形成了错综复杂的利益冲突和斗争,农民在面对市场化和经济全球化的挑战下如何表达和维护自己的利益成为当今世界面临的共同问题。美国、日本、爱尔兰、法国等西方发达国家在农民利益表达的方法渠道上的经验,在解决我国农民的利益表达问题上有一定的借鉴意义。

The Farmers' Interest Expression of the Western Developed Countries and Its Reference to China

The whole society is constructed with a multiple of interest groups and strata under the market economy system.Each stratum forms special interest groups,among which there is complicated interest conflict.A common problem that the world encounters now is how the farmers express and maintain their interest faced with the challenge of marketization and economy globalization.This paper introduces the methods and good effect of farmers' interest expression in the western countries,such as America,Japan,Ireland,and France,whose experiences in this regard can be used for reference to solve the problem of our farmers' interest expression.
