| 摘 要： | 唯物辩证法告诉我们，在客观世界中，矛盾无处不在，无时不在，矛盾是推动事物前进的动力。办刊过程中，也存在许多矛盾，如期刊数量与质量、论文字数与篇数、发展本国的刊物与高质量稿件外投等，如果处理不好这些矛盾，必然会影响刊物的发展。

| Abstract: | It is said in dialectical materialism that contradictions exist everywhere at any time in the objective world.Contradiction is the power to promote the development of the world.In the course of running issues,there exsit many contradictions: how to balance the quantity and the quality of the issues,the length and the quantity of the thesis,to develop the native isssues or vend the best quality thesis overseas.If we couldn't settle these problems properly,the development of the issues.will be inevitably affected. |
