摘    要:采用红外辅助蒸馏-顶空固相微萃取方法萃取干白芷中的挥发油,并用气相色谱质谱方法分析了其成分,与传统的顶空固相微萃取方法比较,该方法具有萃取时间短、萃取效率高的优点,可用于干中草药挥发油的快速分析。

Abstract:In this work, for the first time, two solvent-free sample preparation techniques of infrared distillation and headspace solid-phase microextraction were combined, and developed for determination of essential oil components in dry Radix Angelicae dahuricae. To demonstrate the method feasibility, the conventional headspace solid-phase microextraction method was also used for the analysis of essential oil in the same samples. Compared to conventional headspace solid-phase microextraction, the advantages of the proposed method are: short extraction time and high extraction efficiency. It was found that the proposed method is an alternative tool for fast analysis of essential oil in dry Traditional Chinese medicines.
