青龙衣毒性作用及体内抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

摘    要:采用常规小鼠急性毒性试验方法对青龙衣提取物及其分离成分的体内抗肿瘤作用的实验研究.除小鼠腹腔注射青龙衣氯仿萃取物LD50为575.38mg/kg和青龙衣乙酸乙酯萃取物为1303.59mg/kg,青龙衣总提取物和青龙衣石油醚萃取物、正丁醇萃取物和水萃取物小鼠口服及腹腔注射LD50均大于5g/kg.在试验剂量下,青龙衣氯仿萃取物和乙酸乙酯萃取物对腋下移植性实体型肉瘤S180及移植性腹水型肿瘤H22有一定的抑制作用,与阴性对照组比较具有显著差异.青龙衣氯仿提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物具有一定的抗肿瘤作用.

Abstract:To study the anti-tumor effect and acute toxicity in vivo of the separation compositions from Qinglongyi, which is the Heilongjiang Province traditional medicine. Used the conventional acute toxicity experiments of mice and the anti-tumor function on tumor S_(180) entity-tumor mice and H_(22) mice. The half-deadly dose (LD_(50), the half-lethiferous dose) of the chloroform separation composition in Qinglognyi was 575.38 mg/kg(i.g), and one of the acetic ester separation compositions in Qinglongyi was 1 303.59 mg/kg(i.g). The LD_(50) doses from the other parts of separation compositions were more than 5 g/kg. Simultaneity the separation compositions of the chloroform and the acetic ester in Qinglongyi definited anti-cancer curative effect on substantiality type and ascites type animal tumor. The pharmacodynamics index of tumor weight inhibitive rate and life prolong rate increased more than those of control. It were found that the separation compositions of the chloroform and the acetic ester in Qinglongy had the obvious function of anti-tumor effect with the preliminary test either in vitro or in vivo. The separation composition of the chloroform and the acetic ester of Qinglongyi had the obvious function of anti-tumor effect with the preliminary test in vivo.
