摘 要: | 采用先进的超微粉碎联合超声波辅助提取红花中的多糖,并以多糖的提取率为指标通过正交试验得到最佳的提取工艺.通过对超微粉碎前后红花多糖的提取率的对比研究,确定超微粉碎对多糖提取率具有显著提高作用.采用正交实验法确定制备工艺为超微粉碎得到200目红花超微粉末,超声提取2 h,提取功率600 W,提取物进一步纯化得到精制红花多糖.

Abstract: | The extraction methods of safflower polysaccharide including supermicro-pulveriza-tion and ultrasonic assisted method were investigated by orthogonal tests .The supermicro-pulverization was useful in polysaccharide extraction of Carthamus tinctorius L .through the comparative study of the extraction ratio of the polysaccharides .Supermicro-pulverization powder(200 sieve) for 2 h, 600 W proved optimal . |
