| 摘 要： | 供应商的选择已经成为企业获得成功的一个关键问题,对其应有科学、合理的选择方法.通过综合分析各影响因素,提出了一套新的供应商评价指标体系,并建立了基于灰色关联分析的选择模型,最后给出实例予以验证.

| Abstract: | Vendor selection has been one of the critical issues for enterprise's success, and should be solved by scientific and reasonable method. Based on the studies of all kinds of factors, this paper put forward a new set of vendor selection index and a selection model for vendor selection through grey relevance analysis with an example as the illustration. |
