摘    要:考察了不同SRT条件下EPS膜污染潜能,并分析了不同污泥龄(SRT)条件下EPS与PVDF膜间的界面能参数及相互作用能形貌.结果表明,SRT 30 d的EPS与PVDF膜之间的界面自由能(ΔGadh)比SRT 15 d的EPS与PVDF膜之间的界面自由能(ΔGadh)减少12.3%.SRT 15 d的EPS到达PVDF膜表面比SRT 30 d的EPS到达膜表面需要多克服4.2 KT的斥力相互作用能.过滤实验显示SRT 15 d的EPS导致了65.2%的通量衰减,而SRT 30 d的EPS引起了57.2%的通量衰减.这一结果进一步证实了与SRT 15 d的EPS相比较,SRT 30 d的EPS具有更低的污染潜能.

Abstract:This paper compared the fouling potential of extracellular polymeric substance ( EPS) extracted from two membrane bioreactors operated at different SRTs .Interfacial inter-action parameters and interaction energy profiles between EPS and PVDF membrane surface were also analyzed .The results showed that the free energy (ΔGadh ) between the EPS of SRT 30 d and membrane was 12 .3% lower than that between the EPS of SRT 15 d and membrane.And the EPS of SRT 30 d approaching the membrane had to overcome 4.2 KT more repulsive interaction energy than the EPS of SRT 15 d approaching the membrane .The filtration tests showed that the EPS of SRT 30 d and EPS of SRT 15 d resulted in 57 .2%and 65.2%of flux decrement , respectively, further indicating the EPS of SRT 30 d had lower fouling potential than the EPS of SRT 15 d.
