| 摘 要： | 比较龙胆地上、地下部分 ,利尿、抗菌、抗炎药理作用 ,为扩大用药部位提供依据。在利尿作用方面 ,龙胆地下部分明显优于地上部分 ;在抗炎方面 ,龙胆地上部分明显优于地下部分 ;在抗菌方面 ,龙胆地上部分和地下部分相差不大。结论为龙胆的地上部分同样具有抗炎、抗菌、利尿的药理作用 ,并且其抗炎作用还强于地下部分 ,因此龙胆地上部分可以替代地下部分的药用

| Abstract: | Aim Comparing the pharmacological function of diuresis,anti-bacteria,anti-inflammation between the underground and aerial parts of gentian.Method All of those are proceed in accordance with literature.Results In the aspect of diuresis,the underground part of gentian is more effective than the aerial part;in the aspect of anti-inflammation,the aerial part of gentian is more effective than the underground portion;in the part of anti-bacteria,the actions of them are similar.Conclusion The aerial part of gentian also have the function of diuresis,anti-bacteria and anti-inflammation.And the anti-inflammation effect of aerial part is better than underground part,so the aerial part of gentian can take the place of the underground part using as medicines. |
