| 摘 要： | 分析黑龙江产狭叶荨麻挥发油的化学成分.采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取狭叶荨麻挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行测定,并用色谱峰面积归一法确定相对含量.从黑龙江产狭叶荨麻挥发油中分离出95个色谱峰,鉴定出87种化合物,占色谱总馏出峰面积的98.46%.挥发油成分中主要有7-甲基-Z-十四碳烯醇乙酸酯(25.74%)、1-乙酰氧基-3,7-二甲基-6,11-十二碳二烯(5.9%)和Z,E-2,13-十八烷二烯醇(5.11%).为狭叶荨麻挥发性成分生理活性和作用机制的进一步研究奠定了基础,同时也为黑龙江省丰富的狭叶荨麻资源的开发应用提供了科学依据.
