摘    要:以活性炭-甲醇作为工质对,采用静态重量法对其进行吸附等温线测定,目的在于研究该工质对与吸附制冷相关的吸附率、吸附速度和吸附热等性质.试验数据分析表明,吸附率可以D-A方程较好的描述,回归得出了相应的方程参数.吸附速度一般以Sakoda-Suzuk i方程描述,研究发现,方程中的吸附速度常数不只是温度的函数,它同时还受系统压力的影响,因此对原方程作了相应的改进.吸附热通过两种途径分别求取,一是利用实测吸附等温线,二是利用由特性吸附曲线预测的吸附等温线,第二种方法可以更为清晰地描述吸附热的变化规律.

Abstract:The characteristics of adsorption ratio,adsorption rate and adsorption heat for adsorption working pairs corresponding to one adsorption refrigeration is very important for the operation performance of an adsorption refrigeration system.In this paper,such parameters for adsorption working pairs active carbon-methanol was investigated by using adsorption isotherm test with static gravimetry method.The experimetnal results demonstrated that adsorption ratio can be well described by D-A Equation,in which the parameters corresponding to it can be obtained by using the method of polynomial regression,and the adsorption rate constant is not only a function of temperature,but also affected by system pressure.The Sakoda-Suzuki Equation currently used to describe adsorption rate can be modified based on this results.The results also indicated that adsorption heat can be numerical reasonably gained by using two methods,which are isotherm curve of adsorption test directly and predicted adsorption characteristic curve,respectively.Moreover,the change pattern of adsorption heat can be described more accurate by using predicted adsorption characteristic curve than that obained by by using isotherm curve of adsorption test directly.
