| 摘 要： | 研究小儿腹泻外敷膜剂的提取工艺.采用双提法(即水提挥发油,醇提生物碱),采用L9(3)4正交设计,以醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数和加醇量为考察因素,并以吴茱萸次碱的质量分数为指标,考察提取的最佳工艺.初步确定挥发油提取为10倍量水,提取6 h;生物碱提取为6倍量质量分数为90%乙醇提取2次,每次1 h.确定了小儿腹泻外敷膜的最佳提取工艺.

| Abstract: | This paper investigates the best technology of double-abstraction(I.e: abstracting volatile oil with water,abstracting alkaloid with alcohol) and the method of (L_9(3)~4)orthogonal design,applying the concentration of alcohol,abstracted time,abstracted times and quantity of adding alcohol as investigation factor,and utilize the contents of rutaecarpine as index.Determines abstracting volatile oil with water costs 10-times quantities of water and 6 hours.abstracting alkaloid with alcohol costs 6-times alcohol(90%) and abstracts two times,each time 1 hour.ascertain the best abstraction technology of Xiaoer Fuxie Waifu film. |
