冷剂自然循环空调机的特性与应用

摘    要:介绍了机组的工作原理、结构特点和自然循环特性的试验研究结果,并对试验用空调机进行了稳态模拟计算、计算和实验结果表明,自然循环的制冷量受室内、外温差和系统的冷剂充灌量的影响.制冷量随室外气温的降低而增加,当蒸发器的出口处制冷剂恰好变为饱和蒸汽时,此时的冷剂充灌量使得机组制冷量可达到最大值。

Abstract:This paper introduced the principles structure characters and experimental results of air conditioner using natural-circulation loop. The calculations and the experiments were carried out to evaluate the cycle performance in natural-circulation mode. The calculated results indicated that the cooling capacity in natural-circulation mode linearly increased as the outdoor temperature decreased. And the cooling capacity in natural-circulation mode took a maximum value in the case that the refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator became saturated vapor.
