摘    要:为建立一种更准确的检测饮用水中痕量磷的方法,从标准曲线样液点质量浓度、显色剂的配制、孔雀绿的溶解过程、表面活性剂的用量以及最大吸光度的波长等方面对孔雀绿-磷钼杂多酸分光光度法进行了改进,结果表明,采用改进后的孔雀绿-磷钼杂多酸分光光度法,具有灵敏度高、精密度好、络合物稳定时间长,尤其在磷质量浓度为1~10g/L范围内与原方法相比优势更明显,适合饮用水中痕量磷的检测.

Abstract:It is showed in this paper that some aspects of PMA-Malachite green spectrophotometry are improved to establish a more accurate measurement of trace phosphorus in drinking water, such as adjustment of the concentration of samples' typical curve, preparation of the developer compounds, dissolution process of malachite green, dosage of surfactant, and the wavelength of maximal absorbance of associated system. The results indicate that the improved measurement of PMA-Malachite green spectrophotometry displays high sensitivity and precision, and the complex indicates with long stable time. Especially, the advantage of improved measurement is evident in concentration range from 1 to 10 g/L, which is equal to measure the trace phosphorus in drinking water.
