基于进化博弈理论的网络秩序生成机理研究

对虚拟空间秩序生成机理的研究,目的在于为虚拟空间的治理提供决策依据.以哈耶克社会秩序二元论为视角,运用学术界对社会秩序进行博弈分析的方法,对虚拟空间“内生秩序”、“外生秩序”的形成机理进行了探究.研究发现,虚拟空间秩序的生成过程也就是网民之间、网民与管理者之间的博弈过程;虚拟空间规则秩序的生成在于网民之间、网民与管理者之间的博弈规则.所以,要提高网络秩序水平,就要构建好网民与网民、网民与网络管理者之间的良性互动关系.

Study on formation mechanism of cyberspace order based on evolutionary games theory

With widely used of Internet, supply of cyberspace order has become one of the most meaningful social issues in the present. In this paper, aim at providing, basis for cyberspace governance decision-making by studying the mechanism of cyberspace order. Basing on the lessons of Hayek＇ s thought that social order is divided into endogenous order and exogenous order and.the lessons of gambling analysis method which is usedto analyze social orders by academic circles in recent years, this paper inquires into the producing mechanism of cyberspace endogenous order and exogenous order. The findings of the research proves that the generation process of cyberspace is the game process among Internet users and managers. The findings also proves that the rules of cyberspace depended on the game rules. Thus to improve the level of cyberspace order, it need construct good relationship among Internet users and managers.
