| 摘 要： | 零售业的发展与它所在的整个环境息息相关，其中零售业态结构是否合理在很大程度上决定了整个零售业的发展方向以及发展速度，对于一个特定的经济、政治、社会环境，在理论上应该存在一个最合理的零售业态结构，提出零售业态的multinomial Logistic优化模型，以便对我国经济决策的宏观调控提供一种新的思路．

| Abstract: | The development of the retail is connected more intently with the whole environment of the society. Among the sub-environments, it is the retail structure that decide the speeding and direction of the retail, as to the certain society that consists of economics, politics population, and so on, we can find a more reasonable retail structure to develop the social development more sharply. This paper put forward the multinomial logistic model optimized, which give us some good advices to do with the problems in the process of our macro-regulating. |
