金莲花注射剂精制新工艺研究

摘    要:研究精制金莲花注射剂的最佳工艺条件.水提醇沉法和大孔吸附树脂吸附法联合应用对金莲花粗提物进行精制,紫外分光光度法测定混合物中总黄酮的含量,考察最佳精制工艺条件.该方法精制金莲花总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为金莲花提取物上样质量浓度40 mg/mL(按总黄酮计),总黄酮最大吸附量为32.5 mg/mL,洗脱流速为1.5 BV/h,洗脱剂为30%乙醇,所得的总黄酮纯度达到81.7%.该方法适合对金莲花注射剂的精制.

Abstract:To study the optimum purification process of Jinlianhua injection.The extract was purified by using alcohol-sinking and macro porous resin.The total flavonoids content was determined with UV spectrometric and the optimum purification process was investigated.The optimum process of purifying total flavonoids of Trollius chinensis Bung was: sample concentration at 40 mg/ mL(measuring in the total flavonoids),the largest adsorption capacity at 32.5 mg/ mL,rate at 1.5BV/h,and 30% alcohol as the elution reagent.The total flavonoids content was 81.7%.This process is suitable for purification of Jinlianhua injection.
