声振法混凝土路面的声学特征检测研究

摘    要:为快速而又有效地进行无损检测(NDT),声振法研究了混凝土路面板声学特征变化的关系.利用有限元方法分析了有、无缺陷混凝土路面板的振动频率和振型,用语音数字信号处理技术,实验研究了试件中缺陷对声学特征的影响.理论和实验结果一致性很好,为用声学特征进行混凝土路面脱空等缺陷无损检测提供了理论和实验依据。

Abstract:Using acoustic-vibration for nondestructive testing (NDT) fast and validly, relationship of concrete pavement acoustic signature of resonator is studied.The resonance frequencies and the field shapes of concrete plate with or without defect are calculated by finite element method (FEM).The defect in example is studied to affect of acoustics signature in processure technique about pronunciation digit signal.Corresponding experiments are carried out for comparison and the results are conformed well.Theoretical results are consistent with experimental results.All of this are guide for NDT of defect of concrete pavement plate being empty in part with acoustic signature inspection.
