| 摘 要： | 研究伸筋草提取物对佐剂性关节炎（AA）大鼠血清类风湿因子（RF）及免疫球蛋白（Ig）的影响,探讨其治疗类风湿性关节炎（RA）的作用及免疫学机制.采用弗氏完全佐剂（CFA）诱导大鼠AA模型,于造模后第7 d分别灌胃给药伸筋草乙醇、正丁醇提取物,连续给药21 d.ELISA法检测RF,免疫透射比浊法检测IgG、IgM、IgA的OD值.模型组大鼠血清RF和IgA、IgM水平均高于正常对照组（P〈0.01）.各治疗组RF、IgM、IgA水平均有不同程度的降低,IgG未见有意义的改变.伸筋草乙醇、正丁醇提取物可通过免疫调节机制对佐剂性关节炎发挥治疗作用.

| Abstract: | The extracts of the research lycopodii influences the AA rat serum RF and the Ig, study it treatment RA function and immunology mechanism. Adoption CFA induce rat AA model, in modeling empress 7 talent dont the gastric perfusion take lycopodii Extracts, continuous is 21 days for medicine. ELISA examination RF, The number of the petia method examination IgG IgM IgA. The rat serum RF, IgA, IgM, level of model set all ratio normal matched control number（P 〈0.01 ）. The RF, IgM, IgA level of each treatment set all have lower of dissimilarity degree, the IgG have no meaning of change. The lycopodii extracts can regulate a mechanism an exertive to AA treatment a function through an immunity. |
