| 摘 要： | 实验表明,转移因子(TF)具有一定的抗炎、镇痛和解热作用。在O.7％的醋酸致痛实验中,以142mg/kg和284mg/kg之TF分别给两实验组iP,与生理盐水组相此,差异非常显著(PO.05)。以142mg/kg之TFiP对蛋白胨升高大鼠之体温亦有显著影响(PO.05)。本制剂静脉注射的LD_(50)在355mg/kg以上,故可认为其毒性较低。
