植物药物中抗肿瘤成分研究

摘    要:植物药物中的化合物由于具有结构多样性、毒性较低、来源广泛等特点,因而在治疗肿瘤方面有着独特的优势和巨大的潜力.目前,从植物药物中发现了多种结构类型的具有抗肿瘤活性的化合物,可在肿瘤治疗的各个阶段发挥作用,如多糖类、生物碱类、香豆素类、黄酮类、木脂素类、醌类、酚酸类、萜类等.综述了近年来源自植物药物中抗肿瘤活性成分的研究进展,通过讨论这些化合物的结构、活性数据及其作用机制,以期为抗肿瘤药物的研发提供新线索.

Abstract:Compounds in the plant-based drugs has a unique advantage and huge potential in the treatment of cancer because of its structural diversity,less toxic action,variety of sources and so on.At present,a variety of structural types of compounds with antitumor activity are found from the plant-based drugs which can play a role in the various stages of tumor therapy,such as polysaccharides,alkaloids,coumarins,flavonoids,lignans,quinones,phenolic acids,terpenescan and so on.This paper reviewed the progress of the anti-tumor ingredient in the plant-based drugs in recent years.In order to provide new clues about the research of anticancer drugs,discussed the structure of these compounds,the activity data and its mechanism of action.
