超声波辅助提取桔梗皂苷方法的研究

摘    要:采用桔梗为原料,以桔梗皂苷的提取率为指标,对超声波辅助提取桔梗皂苷的方法进行研究.以乙醇为主要提取溶剂,应用正交设计优选桔梗皂苷的提取方法,选择乙醇体积分数、料液比、超声温度和超声时间为影响因素,确定了超声波辅助提取桔梗皂苷的最佳条件为:乙醇体积分数90%、料液比1∶11(g/mL)、超声温度45℃、超声时间30 min.桔梗皂苷的提取率为4.255%,通过泡沫实验和颜色反应实验确定提取物质为桔梗皂苷.

Abstract:Using platycodon grandiflorum as the raw material,the platycodon grandiflorum saponins extraction rates as the target to withdraw the method by ultrasonic wave.And using ethanol as the main solvent and the orthogonal experiment design to determine the platycodon grandiflorum saponins best technological conditions.The ethanol concentration was 90%,material fluid compared to was 1∶ 11(g/mL),the supersonic temperature was 45 ℃,the supersonic time was 30 min.The results showed : platycodon grandiflorum saponins production rates was 4.255%.Through the bubble experiment and color reaction experiment to determine for extracting substances platycodon grandiflorum saponins.
