基于单CCD视觉定位的BGA自动贴装系统设计

摘    要:针对BGA芯片的特点,设计了基于单摄像机视觉定位的自动贴装系统,介绍了单CCD视觉系统的构成及原理,避免了多CCD之间的标定引入的误差.研究了整个系统的标定方法及标定过程.并针对BGA芯片焊点的对称性设计了相关的图像处理算法,使系统实现高速贴装.

Abstract:According to the specialty of BGA chip, automatic SMT system based on vision location, with single CCD is designed. The structure and principle of vision location system with single CCD are introduced. The error from the calibration of multi CCD is avoided. Calibration method and process of the whole system are researched. According to the symmetry of BGA pins, the image processing algorithm related is designed.
