| 摘 要： | 研究莱菔硫烷(sulforaphane,SFN)对内质网相关蛋白Bip/GRP78和caspase - 12蛋白表达的影响,探讨其诱导人肝癌HepG -2细胞的凋亡机制,采用Western Blot方法检测人肝癌HepG -2细胞内Bip/GRP78蛋白的表达,以及采用流式细胞仪检测caspase - 12蛋白的表达....
