| 摘 要： | 理想的情形是高校教师的教学与科研既相辅相成又相互促进．然而现实中由于两者的性质不同及有限的社会资源、不同的社会需求层次、教师群体中个体的差异性等，导致两者之间的矛盾冲突．对教学与科研的矛盾产生的原因，现实矛盾和矛盾的历史给予详细分析．
