中西方管理文化比较分析

阐述了企业管理文化概念以及中西方管理文化的形成及其差异，通过中西方管理文化差异形成原因的分析，指出了社会上普遍存在的“中国企业的出路就是按照西方管理来运作”的认识的不合理性，得出“中国管理文化并不会被西方管理文化所取代”的结论，并借助海尔企业文化案例，提出了中国企业文化的发展方向。
