高校图书馆与重点学科的文献资源建设

重点学科建设是我国高等教育“211工程”建设的重点和核心，高校图书馆作为学校的文献信息中心应积极努力地为学校的重点学科建设服务。分析了重点学科文献资源建设面临的人员保障、文献保障问题，并提出了相应的对策和建议。

The University Library and the Literature Resources Construction for the Major Subjects

The construction of major subjects is the emphasis and the core of t he construction of the "211 Project" of our country's higher education, and bein g as the literature information center of the university, the university library should provide the service actively for the construction of major subjects of t he university. This paper analyzes on the problems of the personnel guarantee an d literature guarantee faced by the construction of the literature resources for the major subjects, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and sug gestions.
