有机相变蓄冷材料中纳米石墨添加剂性能实验研究

摘    要:针对有机相变蓄冷材料导热系数低、传热性能差的缺点,采用向其中添加纳米石墨,通过超声分散法及添加分散剂制备稳定分散液来改善其导热性能。对分散剂的种类、纳米石墨的质量浓度、超声时间和分散剂浓度对纳米石墨分散稳定性的影响及添加纳米石墨对导热性能的影响进行了实验研究。

Abstract:According to the shortcomings of the organic phase-change cool-storage materials such as the low thermal conductivity and poor heat transfer ability,people adopt the method of adding nano-graphite,sonication dispersion method and the method of adding dispersing agent to prepare stable dispersion to improve its thermal conductivity.This paper makes the experimental study on the influences of the types of dispersing agents,the mass concentration of nano-graphite,the ultrasonic time and the concentration of dispersing agents on nano-graphite dispersion's stability and the influences of adding nano-graphite on thermal conductivity.
