推广集雨灌溉技术促进干旱地区农业发展

推广雨水集蓄利用灌溉技术，规模化发展集雨节水灌溉工程，是解决干平地区铁水问题、改各丘陵山区农业基础设施、促进农业产业结构调整、农村经济持续发展的有效途径。在对山西省祁县地区自然条件、社会经济、水土资源、降雨、集流条件调查研究的基础上，阐述了推广、发展集雨灌溉工程的必要性、可行性，分折了集雨灌溉工程建设对社会经济、生态环境的影响及其发展前景，提出了推广和发展集雨灌溉的建议和措施。

Promote the Development of Agriculture in Arid Areas through Popularizing Rainwater-collecting Irrigation Technique

Popularizing rainwater-collecting irrigation technique is a effective way to resolve the problem of water shortage in arid areas, improve agricultural infrastructure in knobs, promote the adjustment of agricultural structure of production and rural economic sustainable development. Based on the investigation and research on local natural conditions, social economies, water and soil resources, rainfalls and flow concentration, this paper expounds the necessity and practicability of popularizing and developing rainwater-collecting irrigation engineering, analyses on the influence of the construction of rainwater-collecting irrigation engineering on social economies and biological environment and its developing prospect, and puts forward some suggestions and measures of developing rainwater-collecting irrigation.
