Abstract:This paper introduces the relation between Enterprise's human resource management and enterprise's core competitive power and the present situation of the human resource management of our country's state-run enterprises, analyzes on the causes of the present situation of the human resource management of our country's state-run enterprises, and probes into the problem of how the people-run enterprises to adapt their human resource management to the knowledge-based economy.
