| Abstract: | This paper introduces the general situation of the informatization construction in American and Japanese enterprises, analyzes on the main differences between China and America and Japan in the informatization construction, and points out that our country has possessed the fundamental conditions for carrying out the informatization of enterprises currently, and the informatization construction of enterprises will certainly lift the competitive power of our country's enterprises in an all-round way. |
