| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国新农村建设取得的成就,指出了新农村建设中存在的问题,并在保护利用好农村资源、加强农村劳动力等要素市场的建设、建立健全农村社会保障体系、扩大农村土地的流转空间、推进农村工业化和城镇化建设5个方面提出了建议。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the achievements of China＇s new countryside construction,points out some problems existing in the construction of new countryside,and puts forward some suggestions from five aspects of protecting and utilizing well the rural resources,strengthening the construction of factor market including rural laborer,establishing and perfecting rural social security system,enlarging the circulation space of rural lands and promoting the rural industrialization and urbanization construction. |
