| 摘 要： | 简单介绍了“固网短信”业务的概念、分类以及“固网短信”平台的网络结构，概述了用户进行短消息点播和订阅时“固网短信”ISP的处理流程，及使用SMGP协议进行“固网短信”ISP编程的原理，结合计费ISP和168-ISP两个实例，说明了“固网短信”ISP应具备的主要功能模块及其实现的关键技术，并分析了“固网短信”ISP的发展前景。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the conception and classification of the short message services based on fixed telephone network and the network structure of the platform of he short message services based on fixed telephone network, explains the short message ISP processing flow and ISP programming principle with SMGP protocol, and describes the ISP's main functional modules and key techniques by using two instances: billing-ISP and 168-ISP, and analyzes the developing prospect of short message ISP. |
