| 摘 要： | 分析了当前我国高校图书馆的知识管理现状,对其中含混不清、错误的概念进行厘正,系统介绍了知识管理的内涵、功能,明确了知识管理和其他学科的关系,对国内外高校图书馆的知识管理活动具有一定的借鉴作用。
