| Abstract: | By using the regression analysis,and taking the data of the stock A companies in Shanghai Stock Market and Shenzhen G Stock Market in the year of 2006 as an example,and through the empirical analysis on the relationship between the size of the board of directors and the company performance,this paper obtains the inverse-U shape curvilinear relation between the size of the board of directors and the company performance. |
