中国二元经济转型的关键问题

通过对中国二元经济问题的中心、农村劳动力转移的两个渠道进行探讨,指出目前的理论并没有理解城市对农村劳动力吸纳的本质,也没有对乡镇创业这一吸纳当地农业劳动力的重要渠道给予重视,认为乡镇创业是解决二元经济转型的关键,也是解决“三农”问题的新思路。

Discussion on Some Key Problems in Restructure of Chinese Dual Economy

Through probing into the core of China＇s dual economy and two channels of rural labor force transfer, this paper points out that the current theories, which doesn＇t understand the essence of cities＇ absorbing the rural labor force, doesn＇t pay attention the rural entrepreneurship, an important channel for absorbing the local rural labor force, and holds that the rural entrepreneurship is the key for solving the restructure of China＇s dual economy and also is a new idea of solving the problem of agriculture, countryside and peasants.
