| 摘 要： | 非智力因素是大学生全面发展的主导，良好的非智力因素是智力因素发展的动力，是影响大学生学业成绩的主要因素。分析了大学生非智力因素在学习过程中所起的作用，并对培养大学生的非智力因素提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The non-intelligence factor is the leadership of university students' comprehensively development,the good non-intelligence factor,which is the power for the development of the intelligence factor,is the primary factor influencing university students' academic performance.This paper analyzes on the functions of the university students' non-intelligence factor in the studying course,and puts forward some proposals on training university students' non-intelligence factor. |
