| Abstract: | The periodical has its naturality and sociality. The history of periodical from its generation to its development and perfection is not only a natural cultural phenomenon but also a natural ecological course. The naturality of the periodical took its shape in the development of the periodical, and the sociality of the periodical is externalized in the interaction between the periodical and the society, and exists in the course of serving the society by the mankind with the periodical. |
