| 摘 要： | 在知识密集型行业的信息机构中存在着不必要的信息障碍,严重阻碍了信息机构自身生产力的发展和改革创新.实践社区作为一种共享和组织知识的机制,对于信息机构的改革和发展非常重要.通过对企业中建立实践社区的案例分析,提出了建设信息机构实践社区的相应建议.

| Abstract: | There are some unnecessary information barriers in the information institutions of the knowledge-concentrated profession,which impede the development,reform and innovation of the productivity of the information institutions themselves seriously.And the communities of practice (CoP),being as a knowledge sharing and organizing mechanism,is very important for the reform and development of the information institutions.Through the case analysis on establishing the CoP in the enterprises,this paper puts forward some suggestions for establishing the CoP of the information institutions. |
