| 摘 要： | 对公路建设环境保护做了比较深入的分析与探讨，总结归纳了公路施工、营运期环境保护工作的重点与措施，对环境影响评价制度与方法进行了全面阐述，并通过与加拿大公路环境保护的比较，指出了我国今后在公路环境保护方面的发展方向。
