| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the connotation,features and process of knowledge sharing,expounds the connotation and levels of enterprise culture and the influences of enterprise culture on knowledge sharing,and from four aspects,puts forward some measures for the improvement and implementation of enterprise culture in order to provid the fundamental guarantee for enterprise to implement the knowledge sharing. |
