| Abstract: | This paper discusses on that our country must look squarely at the existing problems in enterprises' managerial innovation, learn and use the innovation results of other countries' advanced enterprises in aspects of management system and management conception to lay down countermeasures for the managerial innovation of our country's environments, and makes summary of the developing trends of enterprises' managerial innovation in the new century. |
