塑料注射成型机的改进和研究

分析了国内外现有塑料注射机的特点，提出了传统塑料注射机的不足及改进措施；并对一种新型塑料注射机——高度集机电磁于一体、直接电磁换能，将振动力场引入塑料塑化注射成型全过程的电磁动态塑化注射机进行了初步研究。

Transformation and Research of Plastic Injection Moulders

This paper analyses the features of existing plastic injection moulders at home and abroad, points out the demerits of traditional plastic injection moulders and puts forward some improving measures, and makes primary research on a new-type plastic injection moulder, electromagnetic dynamic plasticizing injection moulder, which integrates machinery, electricity and magnetism into one, realizes the direct electromagnetic transformation, and introduces vibrating force-field into the whole course of plastic injection moulding.
